Can you deliver at specific time?

If you ask us to deliver us at a specific time, we might not be able to promise that but we do try our best to keep you satisfied. In case you want to get a gift delivered at a specific time kindly leave a note in the instructions section. Like, “delivery is needed at 10am she won’t be home after that.

Do you deliver on Sunday?

If you place the order by 12PM, or even before that, we will be happily delivering your gift.

What if the recipient is not home?

In case if the recipient is not home, our representatives contact the customer and schedule a delivery time as per the suitability of our work hours.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We know that last minute gifts work like damage control for a relationship so we do offer same-day delivery. However, you are required to place your order before 3pm on weekdays and before 12pm on Saturday and Sunday.

How can I get an access to my account?

You need to provide your email address and password to the ‘log-in’ bar given at the top of the page. To log out from the account, click on the ‘log-out’ option given at the right of the page.
